HD Golf Live Play Privacy Policy

Interactive Sports Technologies, Inc. ("HDGolf") respects your right to privacy. HDGolf will not sell or share personal information with any third parties.
HD Golf Live Play is an application and a service that provides HDGolf simulator owners with a way to host and participate in online golf games between simulators. This page is used to inform users of HD Golf Live Play of our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information required to use this application.
If you choose to use this application and service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

What personal information does HD Golf Live Play collect and process?

Users of the application must provide an email address which is used to verify users and to associate them with a golf simulator. Users may also optionally provide a phone number and profile image. The email address and phone nymber may also be used to provide application users with notifications of game invitations and game reminders based on the users selected profile setting. Users email addresses and phone numbers are not shared or exposed to other users of the application. The profile image will be shared with other users when using the chat function of the application.
To provide HD Golf Live Play service , HDGolf processes network and usage information including IP addresses for the participants, and information about the email addresses of users invited to and those that connect to the game. Game related content, which including the participants in a game is stored to facilitate participation in the game.
If you use the chat function, chat content is stored during the chat session.
When using the audio and video functionality to communicate with others users in the game the video and audio content passes through Hdgolf servers, this audio and video content may be temporarily stored for the purpose of buffering the livestream.

How is this information used?

HDGolf only uses the collected information to deliver HD Golf Live Play service, to identify and troubleshoot problems with the service, and to improve the service. In addition, HDGolf may use this information to investigate fraud or abuse. HDGolf will not sell or share the collected information with any third parties. HDGolf will retain the personal information for length of time users are registered with the service.
